Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
The Food & Beverage is responsible for leading the food & beverage service staff in all facilities on the property. Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service by overseeing all aspects during business hours, while working in a clean and safe environment, and meeting all financial goals for sales and expenses. Manages the entire food & beverage operation to include Restaurant, Snack Bar, and Beverage Cart.
Assistant Events Coordinator
Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every event. Research vendors and make selections based on their creativity, quality, and cost. Oversees all functions of an event (ex: registration, setup, catering, audio/visual). Handle day-to-day administration of events and programs, including order placements, BEO reviews, vendor monitoring, travel planning, restaurant reservations, attendee participation, registration counts, RSVP tracking, and issues resolution. Meet with the appropriate Departmental Head for approval on all events i.e Members, WCC dinners; Functions; Other Club Activities.
Assistant Golf Professional (Seasonal)
The Assistant Golf Professional assists with all golf shop activities and outside services operations and is responsible for ensuring that members and guests receive outstanding True Service™ customer service. The Assistant Golf Professional is instrumental in organizing and implementing golf events, tournaments, outings, leagues, teaching clinics, and other golf programs designed to support our team of PGA Professionals and award-winning golf experience.
Golf Shop Associate (Seasonal)
The Golf Shop Associate assists with all golf shop activities and is responsible for ensuring that members and guests receive outstanding True Service™ customer service. The Golf Shop Associate is instrumental in organizing tee times, checking guests in, managing phones, organizing the merchandise in our golf shop, and assisting with other golf programs designed to support the friendliest golf experience in the Coachella Valley.
Greet guests in a cordial manner as they arrive. Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons choices from bar and kitchen; presenting ordered choices maintaining dining and ambiance
FHC / RBS – Required
Restaurant Busser (Seasonal)
Responsible for cleaning, clearing, and setting tables in restaurants and diners. They provide support to restaurant staff by managing restaurant supplies such as napkins, straws, crockery, and cutlery, and ensure that the restaurant and supplies are clean and organized. They may also assist with serving food and refilling beverages.
FHC – Required
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and guest. Interact with positive attitude with customers, servers, take orders and beverage. Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations to the reporting manager as needed. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drink.
FHC / RBS – Required
Line Cook (Seasonal)
Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of cooking services as well as safety and sanitation for our Members and guests. Prepare, produce, cook banquet, and line food as described by Chef. Check station prior to service, ensuring that all is in working order and ready for service. Communicate professionally and effectively with all staff and members and/or guests.
FHC – Required
Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of cooking services as well as safety and sanitation for our Members and guests. Maintain cleanliness i.e., observe washing hands at all times when necessary to prevent food bacteria. Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
FHC – Required
Responsible for the care, maintenance, and overall appearance of a golf course. Maintain a good playing surface and ensure the course offers a consistent challenge and an enjoyable experience to golfers. There are four key areas on a golf course – areas of rough, fairways, greens, and tees – each of which requires a different type of maintenance to carry out routine golf course maintenance tasks as directed by the Superintendent, in accordance with the Club’s Golf Course Maintenance Policy.
Assistant Golf Operations Manager
- Assistant Golf Operations Manager – Plans and direct the operations of public or private sector organization.
- Assistant to the Golf Operations Manager – knowledge in interviewing, hiring, and training prospective. Ability to enforce company policies, rules, and regulations.
- Supervise and schedule all Golf Shop Staff.
- Plan, prioritize and allocate work assignments to meet daily operational requirements.
- Maintain club standards and practices to establish consistent guest service levels.
- Must have good written & verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, positive attitude, and integrity.
- Exercise a high quality customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with guests and staff homeowners and members professionally.
